Shipping policy (TRITACLE is the Brand of Trident Sports)

We utilize and are associated with reputed logistics partners to help with quicker deliveries (India Post , DTDC, Blue Dart, Delhivery , etc).
All orders once received are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours, Mon-Fri (9am - 6pm) (orders received in Saturday will be dispatched on Monday).
We recommend you also double check your address details and contact details(phone number) while placing the order for a smooth and fast process of delivery.
We are located centrally in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Shipping timeline from date of dispatch ranges from 3 -7 days. May take little bit more time in North-East Region. In rare cases, it may take a little longer if there is a festive season, travel restrictions, Other external factors or natural calamities which may also cause a delay.
You can also request for expedited delivery by mentioning in customer notes during check out or on the day of order placement by emailing us at tridentsportstac@gmail.com or WhatAapp +91 8277717589 with your order number mentioned clearly. All expedited delivery requests are encouraged to be placed between Mon-Sat (9am - 6pm).
In case the wrong address is filled by the customer, TRITACLE (Trident Sports) will not be able to take responsibility for the delivery of order in a timely manner.

Please Note that we do not accept cancellations once the orders have been dispatched from our warehouse.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges are free for most of the products but some may have the Extra charges it will be mentioned on the checkout page.

Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.) on items sold by TRITACLE (Trident Sports)?

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on TRITACLE (Trident Sports). The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay.
Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged (if at all) extra depending on the order value price.

What is the estimated delivery time?

You will receive E-mail on successful dispatch. Fulfillment happens in 1 to 2 working days. We will dispatch within 1 to 2 working days.
